In the story of the Transfiguration, Jesus is changed and the disciples are astounded. The voice from heaven says “this is my son, the beloved, listen to him!” Our scritpures this morning are 2 Kings 2:1-12; Psalm 50:1-6; 2 Corinthians 4:3-6; and Mark 9:2-9. What does is mean to “listen to Jesus?”
