Taming the Tongue

Our sermon series on the letter from James continues this morning with
James 3:1-12.  We’ve all heard the saying, “sticks and stones can break my bones but words will never hurt me.” It’s a lie. Words can do great damage. We have a responsibility as followers of Christ to focus our words on healing, hope, and encouragement.
