On this Fifth Sunday in Lent, we deal with themes of death and resurrection, an appropriate topic since the celebration of Resurrection Sunday is only 2 weeks away!
Our scriptures are: Ezekiel 37:1-14; Psalm 130; Romans 8:6-11; and John 11:1-45.
We joyfully welcomed Beverly Capps back to church following a long illness and we welcomed Liz Jones as a new member at McFarland by transfer of letter from Jones Memorial UMC in East Ridge.

Thursday, April 6 at 6:00 p.m. Maundy Thursday Service in the Chapel
Friday, April 7 at 12:00 Noon Good Friday Service of Mediations on the Crucifixion
Sunday, April 9 at 11:00 a.m. Easter Celebration – No Sunday School that morning.
