Messages on Christmas Eve

This is the Christmas Eve worship service from December 24, 2022, at McFarland United Methodist Church in Rossville, Georgia. We were contending with bitter cold on the afternoon of the service and that affected attendance. It was only about 20% of what we normally expect on Christmas Eve. On Christmas Eve, we remember the story of the Incarnation, when God put on skin and moved into the neighborhood as we read in The Message. This worship service is shared in Scripture and in song. Our liturgist is Pastor Wayne Cook and our musician is David Kammerdiener. Following the sermon and the pastoral prayer, we invite everyone to Holy Communion.
