Wayne has been in ministry in the United Methodist Church since 2006. He previously served Lookout Mountain UMC (2006-2008) and the Sand Mountain Circuit (Sand Mountain UMC, Rising Fawn UMC, and Wildwood UMC, 2008-2018). He was appointed to McFarland UMC in June 2018. Wayne serves as the Co-Chair of the Fellowship of Associate Members and Local Pastors of the Holston Annual Conference from 2016. Darlene Hicks
Darlene Hicks serves as Administrative Assistant for our church office. She has been employed part-time with McFarland UMC since October, 2008. Darlene previously had many years banking experience. She currently lives with her brother, Don (Bo) Wilson in E. Brainerd.

David D. Kammerdiener
David Kammerdiener was born in Oklahoma and grew up in Houston, Texas. After college in Oklahoma he went to Uruguay, South America to serve in education and missionary work. In 1982 David went to the San Francisco Bay Area for seminary and additional graduate studies, and while in seminary he met and married Betsy Andrews whose family is from the Chattanooga area.
