Hey McFarland! Pastor Wayne here!
As you know, we have had a COVID-19 exposure that has caused us to cancel in-person worship for September 26 and October 3. If there are no other issues, we plant resume in-person worship on October 10. That decision will be made beginning October 4. We will keep you informed.
As far as the exposure is concerned, we have contacted the individuals who were in contact with persons who tested positive for COVID-19 during the indicated timeframe.
Our first priority is to ensure the safety of all persons who come to our worship services. With that in mind in this time of pandemic:
- We ask that if you are not feeling well that you stay at home
- If you have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus or a variant that you get tested and isolate yourself until you receive the result of the test.
- If you experience either of the above scenarios, that you contact the church so that we may contact anyone who has been in contact with you so as to minimize exposure.
The bottom line in all of this is the Wesleyan edict to do no harm.
Stay safe! Stay well!
