I found out this morning that one of our members who attended Sunday School and worship on September 12 tested positive for COVID-19 on Thursday. Due to this discovery, we will transition to online worship only for September 26 and October 3. Also, all other activities are suspended until October 6, when we plan to resume choir. Our plan is to resume in-person worship on October 10.
We are doing this out of an abundance of caution. If you attended the worship service on September 12, please get tested or consult your medical practitioner if you feel any symptoms that might be COVID. Of course, if you feel sick, please avoid contact with others.
Once again, we are taking these steps out of an abundance of caution. My prayer is that this will go no further and that full recovery will occur soon.
