The Holston Annual Conference has been intimately involved with ministry in South Sudan since around 2006. We have been there through thick and thin in all that time while impacting lives there in innumerable ways.
Since 2016, our ministries have been in exile in Uganda. But even in exile, orphans have been cared for and educated, pastors have been equipped and encouraged, and the Gospel has been shared in the midst of trying circumstances.
On Sunday, February 16, we will collect a special offering to support our Sudan ministries in exile. Please plan to give generously as we seek to continue this ministry that has been so important to the people of South Sudan while gripping the hearts of the people called Methodist in the Holston Conference.
